REFUNDPOLICY

This Refund Policy governs all payments made to ekanostudio for any services, subscriptions, retainers, consultations, or deliverables provided globally. This Policy is intended to operate uniformly across jurisdictions, subject only to mandatory local laws that cannot be contractually excluded. By engaging our services or making any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES

ekanostudio provides professional digital services including, but not limited to, website development, design, branding, marketing, advertising management, consulting, analytics, automation, content creation, and strategic advisory services. These services are customized, time-based, and intangible in nature. Due to this nature, refunds are inherently limited once services are initiated.

2. GENERAL NO-REFUND PRINCIPLE

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of ekanostudio, all payments made to the Company are non-refundable. This includes advance payments, deposits, retainers, milestone payments, subscription fees, and consultation charges.

3. COMMENCEMENT OF WORK

For the purposes of this Policy, work is deemed to have commenced when any planning, research, strategy development, consultation, internal discussion, account setup, tool configuration, or resource allocation begins. Once work has commenced, no refunds shall be issued.

4. PRE-COMMENCEMENT CANCELLATION

If a Client requests cancellation before commencement of work, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of ekanostudio. Administrative, onboarding, consultation, and processing costs may be deducted. There is no automatic entitlement to a refund.

5. PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER

ekanostudio does not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic levels, revenue outcomes, or performance metrics. Dissatisfaction with results or expectations does not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. THIRD-PARTY COSTS

Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the Client, including advertising spend, software subscriptions, licensing fees, or platform charges, are non-refundable.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RETAINERS

For subscription-based or retainer services, payments are billed in advance. Cancellation prevents future billing only. No refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused time.

8. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

Clients must raise payment concerns in writing before initiating disputes or chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service termination and permanent denial of future services.

9. FRAUD AND MISUSE

No refunds shall be issued where fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or breach of agreement is identified.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control do not entitle the Client to refunds or compensation.

11. REVIEW AND DECISION AUTHORITY

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The decision of ekanostudio shall be final and binding.

12. CURRENCY AND FEES

Approved refunds, if any, are processed in the original currency. Transaction and processing fees may be deducted.

13. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Nothing in this Policy limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. MODIFICATIONS

ekanostudio reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of payment shall apply.
